    LITTLE VIC dueled two wide for the lead, took over nearing the quarter pole, drew clear in the stretch run and was kept to the task.

    TOPS THE CHART away alertly, settled off the rail, off the pace, advanced at the quarter pole, came three wide into the lane and rallied for second.

    PENETRATOR dueled inside for the lead, battled with the winner on the turn, could not stay with that rival, then dug in through the lane and earned the show spot.

    NEVER EARLY chased two wide, came three wide into the lane and gained mildly outside.

    FORTY STRIPES chased on the inside, chased on the turn and weakened.

    CATCH THE SMOKE raced off the pace inside, chased on the turn and had no rally.

    CHIQUITO BABY was off slowly, dropped back and was outrun.
